The Notes will reappear precisely where you left them even when you restart your Windows computer. If you reopen the Sticky Notes now, you will see the earlier Notes. To close the Sticky Note, right-click on its taskbar icon and then select Close Window.To create a new Note, click on the ‘+’ sign in the top left corner.For Windows 10 v1607 and later, you have to click the three-dots appearing at the top. To change its colour, right-click the Note and then click the colour you want.While changing the colour of the Sticky Note, drag it from the bottom right corner.To open a new Note, type sticky in your Start search and then hit Enter.
